Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

SoberWay provides coordination and travel assistance for medical treatments carried out by licensed partner clinics in Poland.
We act as a facilitator between you (the client) and the clinic, arranging travel, accommodation, and appointment logistics on your behalf. SoberWay is not a medical provider. All medical procedures are performed by qualified doctors at independent, regulated clinics.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A small deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure travel dates.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before your departure, as instructed by your coordinator.

  • All payments are accepted in GBP via secure transfer or card.

  • Packages typically include flights, accommodation, local transfers, and the medical procedure, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • If you cancel or change your trip after confirmation, certain fees may apply depending on airline and accommodation policies.

  • SoberWay is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes caused by airlines, weather, or other external factors.

  • We will assist you in rebooking where possible, but additional costs may apply.

6. Aftercare & Support

  • You will receive full aftercare guidance before and after your procedure.

  • Our support team remains available via WhatsApp for general assistance.

  • This support is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency care.

  • If you experience any adverse reaction or medical concern, you must contact the clinic or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • SoberWay accepts no liability for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party actions or negligence;

  • Medical outcomes resulting from treatment performed by independent clinics;

  • Travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or missed appointments due to client error or external factors

 

Your travel insurance should cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal and medical information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
